After leaving the corporate world of Fashion, Kate decided to start Routine Pilates.
She fell in love with Pilates over 10 years ago, when she achieved the results she couldn't find elsewhere. Kate
trained as a Comprehensive Basi Student, including mat & equipment work.
The importance of pilates was undeniable throughout three healthy pregnancies.
Pilates is a low impact full body work out.
All experience levels are welcome. Pilates is pre & post natal safe! Modifications and assists can be made for all body types.
